Simplified Payments and Enhanced Features

Following last year’s Client Service Portal (CSP) update that launched an easy way to track and pay testing invoices, we wanted to provide you with a refresher of the features available to you. These enhancements were designed to streamline the payment process—allowing you to dedicate more time to growing your business.

Dashboard:

Keep an eye on your account balance directly from your dashboard, giving you vital insights into your financial status with us.

Open Invoices panel: Unpaid invoices will populate this panel. If you have no pending charges, you’ll see a friendly message.

Total amount owed: The sum of all your open and unpaid orders is highlighted in the top right.

View all invoices: View details of a specific invoice, or download it as a PDF.

Invoice Summary page: All unpaid invoices will populate this page. If you have no pending charges, you’ll see a friendly message.

Multi-invoice payment: Select multiple invoices and pay them in a single transaction.

Total amount owed: The sum of all your open and unpaid orders is highlighted in the top right.

View invoice details: View details of a specific invoice, or download it as a PDF

Single-invoice payment: Easily pay a single invoice.

View more: Display historical and paid invoices.

Invoices page:

Easily view the history of all your invoices within the CSP. This feature helps you keep track of past transactions and maintain organized records.

Invoice Detail View:

Click into individual invoices to view line item details. This allows you to understand the specifics of each invoice and ensure accuracy.

Billing & recipient information: Confirm these details match your records.

Pay Now: Convenient Pay Now button near the top of the page as well as below the itemized charges table.

Payment instructions: This panel will change depending on the payment method you selected.

Itemized charges: View all line items applied to a particular invoice.

PDF Invoice: Download your itemized invoices

PDF Downloads:

Download copies of your invoices for your records. This feature ensures you have easy access to all necessary documentation.

Online Bill Payment:

Pay all of your invoices online with a credit or debit card directly through the CSP, providing a seamless payment experience.

Security first: SC Labs processes payments through a reliable and widely recognized payment processor.

Save payment method: Save your payment method to streamline future payments.

Accounting column: Designate which of your users have access to billing functions.

Role-Based Billing Users:

Limit visibility of sensitive financial information under Account Settings in the Users tab.

Invoice Status Notifications (Email or SMS):

Receive notifications via email or SMS when an invoice is created and/or due. Please note: This option is only available to users with access to billing functions.

Invoice delivery method: Choose your preferred method to stay informed, ensuring you never miss a payment deadline.

“Magic link” frictionless payment: Billing notifications include links that automatically and securely log you in to pay—eliminating the hassle of password management.
